The mission of the AOBF is to ensure the protection of the distinctiveness of Bois-Franc by ensuring the compliance and maintenance of the Architectural Servitude requirements.
The Association also ensures to represent the owners before the authorities of the Borough of Saint-Laurent. It works in the community to educate owners about their rights, obligations and responsibilities towards the Architectural Servitude.
His second mission, but not the least, is to foster a sense of belonging in the hearts of residents. This is expressed by the organization of community-oriented events such as Halloween and Christmas parties.
Values
The APBF is convinced that promoting the neighbourhood’s life is at the core of a successful urban development. Creating a sense of belonging within the community of Bois-Franc is what is the APBF by focusing on by organizing gatherings for all residents of the neighbourhood.
