Virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) | June 29, 2026, at 6:00 PM

Dear Members,

The Board of Directors of the Association des propriétaires de Bois-Franc (APBF) invites its mandatory members to its Virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM):

Date: Monday, June 29, 2026, at 6:00 PM
Location: Online via Zoom
Elections: Three (3) Board Director positions available.

The Board of Directors is composed of seven (7) members. At this meeting, three (3) positions will be up for election.

Eligibility Requirements:
✓ Complete the attached nomination form;
✓ Obtain the signed support of five (5) Association members;
✓ Include a brief résumé (CV);
✓ Membership in the association and up-to-date with annual dues are mandatory.

Submission Deadline:
Your complete application package must be sent to the Nominating Committee no later than June 25, 2026.
